For the purposes of this Legal Notice, "ORVYON" refers to the corporate and commercial identity under which MAGNANIMITAS, S.L. presents its business activities, initiatives, projects, products and technology solutions.
2. Purpose and nature of the website
The Website is corporate and informational. It presents ORVYON’s identity, thesis, mission, method, shared capabilities, value creation criteria and contact channels. It does not provide electronic contracting, payments, user accounts or access to private information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to and browsing of the Website are free of charge and do not, in themselves, establish any contractual, professional, commercial, corporate or other legal relationship between MAGNANIMITAS, S.L. and the user.
The information contained on the Website is general in nature and does not, in itself, constitute:

ORVYON operates in technology sectors subject to continuous evolution.
Accordingly, references on the Website to products, functionalities, capabilities, integrations, methodologies, projects, research areas, markets, technologies or future developments describe the position, vision or intention existing at the time of publication.
MAGNANIMITAS, S.L. may modify, develop, replace, suspend or discontinue any such elements where appropriate for technical, commercial, strategic, regulatory, operational or other reasons.

MAGNANIMITAS, S.L. reserves the right to take such technical and legal measures as may reasonably be necessary to prevent, detect, restrict or pursue abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised use of the Website.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The Website and all elements forming part of or incorporated into it, including, without limitation, its architecture, structure, design, user experience, interfaces, source and object code, software, texts, photographs, images, illustrations, icons, graphics, infographics, animations, videos, sounds, compositions, three-dimensional models, databases, documentation, methodologies, interactive elements, names, logos, trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs, are protected by applicable Spanish, European Union and international laws governing intellectual property, industrial property, trade secrets and unfair competition.
Rights in such elements belong, as applicable, to MAGNANIMITAS, S.L., other entities that are their lawful owners or third parties that have authorised their use.
Access to the Website does not imply the transfer, assignment, licensing or waiver of any intellectual or industrial property right, other than the limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right strictly necessary to access the Website and view its content in accordance with its ordinary purpose.
